Seshu Akula, B.Pharmacy (Hons) from BITS, Pilani , with an MBA from TAPMI India, is the Chief Executive Officer of Renova Pharmaceuticals LLC, bringing decades of leadership and operational excellence in the global pharmaceutical industry. He has served as President at Novadoz launching MSN group’s’ s US front end, and Hetero USA .  Seshu held leadership roles with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Hetero USA, Camber Pharmaceuticals where he successfully drove U.S. front-end operations and delivered consistent P&L growth.

With a rare combination of pharmaceutical training, business strategy, and technical expertise, Seshu offers a deep understanding of manufacturing, portfolio management, business development, regulatory pathways, legal frameworks, and global supply chain dynamics. His background spans the full pharmaceutical value chain—from APIs to finished dosage forms—across the U.S., Europe, and India, enabling him to deliver cost-effective, reliable solutions for organizations and enhanced care for patients worldwide.

Dr. Lloyd D. Balajadia

Managing Director

Dr. Lloyd D. Balajadia brings over 20 years of leadership and pharmaceutical expertise to his role as Managing Director for the Lloyd’s Group of companies. As a global lead, he has transformed into a leading vertically integrated pharmaceutical manufacturer with operations in the Philippines, Indonesia, and global strategic partnerships.

A physician by training, Dr. Balajadia earned his medical degree from De La Salle University and completed advanced executive education at Harvard Business School. His unique blend of clinical insight and business acumen has enabled him to drive innovation, expand international operations, and secure full supply chain control through investments such as IIEPL, a major producer of pharmaceutical-grade lactose exported to more than 20 countries.

Dr. Balajadia’s global footprint includes a long-standing partnership with Steril-gene Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. in India, where his leadership helped scale operations from one employee to more than 3,000, generating over $50 million in annual exports. He has also forged partnerships with leading companies in India across pharmaceuticals, fintech, and renewable mobility solutions.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he led the local production of Molnupiravir, ensuring uninterrupted pharmaceutical supply at a critical time. In addition, Dr. Balajadia serves as President of the Philippine Chamber of Pharmaceutical Industry (PCPI) and Chair of Manufacturing at the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), further underscoring his commitment to advancing healthcare access and manufacturing excellence.
